A play set in the early part of Louis XVI's reign. Edmund Falconer, (or Edmund O'Rourke) was an Irish writer and playwright, gaining fame for his London staged plays, as well as becoming a noted actor in the 1860's. In GOOD condition. General fading, minor soiling and creasing to the wraps. Small stain on the lower rear cover. Light scuffing along the extremities with a small chip to the upper left front corner. Minor foxing to the interior.
