Cloth binding with marbled boards. 79pp. A cyrillic/Russian language printing of a chapter from Karl Kautsky's work, "The Class Struggle," apparently chapter four titled "The Commonwealth of the Future." Kautsky was a noted Czech-German philosopher and a leading propent of Marxism, contributing to the formation and refining of its philosophical and political ideals. This copy from the Socialist Party of Chelsea (Massachusetts), perhaps from their library, bearing two circular party stamps on the title page depicting a handshake. Slightly ex-library, with the aforementioned stamps present, as well as a small paper label with a shelf number, at the head of the spine. Another label present at the upper front cover, bearing handwriting in Cyrillic. GOOD condition with minor to moderate scuffing to the boards and extremities. Minor soiling and general fading. Very minor scattered soiling to the interior, with general minor darkening to the paper.
