Disbound pamphlet. 2 pp. A short letter from McFarland stating that no formal complaints had been received by his office regarding depredations of public timber. He goes on to mention a report on file charging a Mathias Ilgen of illegal cutting at the mouth of the Tongue River. Other complaints mention areas of illegal cutting or trespass along the line of Northern Pacific Railroad, Beaver Head River, Missoula, Yellowstone Valleys and other locales. VERY GOOD condition with creasing and binding holes along the binding edge. Minor darkening.
