Tommy is most likely Tommy Makem, the noted Irish folk singer, as this book was purchased from a sale of a small collection of his books. This work captures the town of Dundalk, Ireland in black and white drawings depicting various buildings and other notable structures. Accompanied by brief historical text by Harold O'Sullivan. FAIR jacket on a NEAR FINE book. Minor to moderate soiling and some scuffing to the jacket. A few small creases and wrinkles present. A one inch tear present at the upper front hinge, with a ½ inch tear at the lower front edge. A few very minor tears also present along the extremities. Creasing present along the extremities. Minor toning to the jacket. Minor fading and edgewear to the book. Interior clean and solid.
