An exhaustive history of Concord, New Hampshire including its role in the French and Indian War, The Revolutionary War, the War of 1812, the Civil War, its church history, history of its railroads and canals, etc. In FAIR/GOOD condition. Minor to moderate scuffing to the covers of both volumes, especially along the extremities and corners. Minor soiling to the covers. Uneven fading with noticeable sections the head and foot of the spine and along the rear fore edge of volume one. Hinges cracked in volume one, the front cover almost detached from the block. The first endpaper is detached and laid in. Hinges cracked in volume two, with the back cover almost detached. Text blocks are clean and solid, with minor darkening to the pages.
