. IX, 169 pp. A long poem chronicling the migration and lives of the Mormons in their move to Salt Lake City, Utah. Bound in green cloth with gilt titling to the covers and spine and a small gilt illustration of a temple on the front cover. In GOOD condition. Moderate to heavy scuffing to the covers, especially the rear cover. Heavy scuffing to the extremities with the corners bumped and worn and the spine frayed. General fading to the covers. All gilt rather dull and worn. Spine very faded. Minor soiling. Inner text solid with somewhat weakened hinges. Some sporadic but minor soiling throughout. A few stray tick marks in pencil in the text, which could be erased. Pages rather darkened. Several dog ear creases present to the pages. Solid copy of this work in GOOD condition. Sabin 74982.
