This work examines the life of an intelligent but "ugly" woman, and her life in society. Also included is a 19 page biography of the author. In GOOD condition. Mostly minor soiling with a few small areas of staining to the covers. General fading. Some scuffing and bumping to the extremities. Interior solid with heavy browning to the pages.
